Multiple bad experiences here recently. Originally I never had any issues here but recently everytime I walk in there is a issue. Terrible customer service, internet is out for days on end so it will be a cash only or the time I tried to cash a lotto ticket for 75 bucks and the clerk was like "nope, don't have the cash". It's always the same dude, terrible attitude and always acts like he doesn't want to be there.

Ive been shopping here for years and they have recently developed issues with mold in their humidor. I informed the management and was blocked by their social media pages.

Walk in humidor has multiple sections with moldy cigars, the person at the front says its plume... on a cigar thats less tha a year old? Neither this location or their newark location have any sort of understanding of cigars.

I drove my husband, so this is his review..the staff know him, they always have his product, they always look for promos. He said he gets treated extremely well when he goes in and gives this place high ratings for customer service and attentiveness

I went to the store from word of mouth of my uncle. When I walked in the store is very clean and organized and easy to navigate. The staff was even better! The girl that worked behind the counter was so friendly and helpful she deserves a raise. I'm just sorry I didn't get her name, but was a blonde very nice girl who wanted to help her customers. Great place to shop
