Go up the road to the other dot in Rehoboth not even 5 min away. I went here regularly, Me and a friend went in here about 1-2 weeks ago to find out they drastically raised the prices on all tobacco products, my P.S. pouch tobacco went from $12.00 to almost $16.00. My friends cigarettes went up almost $3.00. So I go to the dot in Rehoboth and Millsboro (all dots are privately owned), to find out their prices have not changed at all. Meaning the federal and state Tax has not increased. Greedily price gouging your customers 33% person because your located on the butt cheek of Lewes is immature. You’re not even in nice lewes by the way, your in Angola like come on now. Go to Rehoboth, Millsboro, or Selbyville where price gouging isn’t a thing. Not Lewes.

Was just there today to get 2 packs and there was an issue with my card, only had enough money for one pack. The old man that was there told me what I owed and I let him know there must be a problem and could only get one pack, or cancel the order. He started huffing and puffing like it was a bother to try and adjust the price or do a refund, he kept slamming the receipt on the plexiglass showing me how much I owe. Finally he gave me a dollar in change and let me have one pack. Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere.....

The gentleman that waited on me acted like it was a real bother to wait on me and answer questions I had. Also, the store was filthy! It looked like it has never been cleaned since they opened. They also have quit selling the cigarette tubes I prefer and now I had to change brands since I can't find them any where else.

I have been to this store twice in the last 2 weeks and both times have been an unpleasant experience. The first time there was an older gentleman with a goatee and mustache who wore glasses, and the second time there was an older woman with long brown hair which was tied back in a pony tail, and who wore what appeared to be bedroom slippers/booties, behind the counter. Each one seemed irritable and impatient and conveyed an attitude that my presence was and intrusion and/or interruption upon their time, or upon their workload. Regardless, it made me feel angry. Apparently neither one was aware of their rude demeanor, or perhaps they did not care. Either way, that kind of customer service is not good for business, and it does not make one look forward to returning! Not a "friendly" place!
