It could be better staffed. Often it's a long time trying to get served and out of there. However the employees or Associates do know the merchandise as-to how to set it up and work it which one's take with different parts and accessories xcetera they are very knowledgeable with their inventory and I've had good experiences with them being patient enough to explain to me things I need to know.

although they have a friendly and helpful staff the owners of this company stock it's so poorly that it seems they are always out of my brand. I have taken to ordering online because it is the only way I can ensure I get the brand I want when I should be able to shop and pick up local. I also learned that they don't recycle the boxes which is harmful to the environment.
