Amazing customer service, awesome worker an Mrs.Barbra and Yvette they both need a raise.

Great place. Good prices. The older lady who works here is so nice and i enjoy coming in when she is working. I always stop here on my way home to maryland since maryland law makers are trying to rob tobacco users with ridiculous taxes on tobacco products.

Shopped here for years. New employee Kayla, rude...yesterday, carded me, cool. Come back in with it and she starts waiting on other people, so I left. Come in today, she stops me at the door and says hope you got your ID. WOW! Must be nice to be a complete jerk to a customer you lost yesterday because of your professionalism. Now, as long as she's employed by DOT, I won't buy from ANY of your stores. One thing to do your job, another to be a complete jerk.

It is 9:30 and the store is still not open. The employee was late getting here and is making a dozen people wait outside while counting stock. Unacceptable service. Update 9:40 and the employee was annoyed with everyone waiting so she wrote a sign saying she was opening at 10. Who runs a business like this? They just lost a dozen sales!

Horrible customer service! It seems the last 8 times out of the 10 visits this location has a sign up “Be back soon” or “Be back in 10 minutes” in reality it’s upward of an hour before returning! Sitting here now watching potential customers walk away by the handful….
