Cashier, younger black dude, was super nice and helpful. Right to it, efficient and got me exactly what I wanted. Prices are good for the area, just a little much to take in coming from Ohio so I won’t hold it against them lol. Would recommend. Thank you!

Ive been coming to this shop since it opened, and will continue to while it stays open. The staff is amazing;always extremely friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Very knowledgeable as well.

I have to admit the reason that I went here was because of the reviews. I thought a little smoke shop would be nice, personable, professional, and I was wrong. Well, 1/2 wrong. When I walked in, I was greeted by the gentleman that was in there, he was New and trying his best, but the young lady just apparently had a bad day. She was rude, not professional no customer service whatsoever from her and it just didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. She was worried about what was on TV, then helping me. Really made me feel guilty about spending money in a place that I was excited to come and check out. I asked a few questions, got a couple lack luster, monotoned responses and decided to buy a piece of glass anyway. Maybe it was the question of “ Is any of your glass China production?” I probably shouldn’t have, Looks like the piece was broken and glued back together after I got home and had a better look at it. That’s my fault I should’ve looked at it better and done more research before I spent money. They must’ve received the majority of these reviews when this young lady was either not working or it was a different time altogether. It was your choice to choose the job that you’re in, you should not make people feel crappy about the employment decision that you made.
