I cannot say enough good things about 4PM Tobacco on Frenchtown Rd! The staff here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and actually treats you like a human being. What really blew me away is that they let me use their bathroom when I was in a pinch. Almost every other store in this area is completely rude about it and refuses to let the public use their facilities. It is so refreshing to find a local business that genuinely cares about its customers. The shop itself is clean, well-stocked, and has great prices. I will definitely be coming back here for all my tobacco and vape needs. Highly recommend this spot to anyone in the New Castle area!

They assess fees for using your debit card. I refuse to pay extra for paying you. Plenty of other shops with better products & prices w/o assessing debit card fees.

I had a pleasant experience shopping at this store. They have a bit of everything you need! The shop attendant was very helpful and kind

Had a great experience at 4pm, Syd the kid. Was very happy and really nice. She answered my question and said me some cool product.

I've been to many different types of smoke shops over the years and through my travels, but last night, my cousin showed me this "hidden gem". Boy was I glad when she did! Not only is this the nicest and cleanest of recent smoke shop visits, but it also had some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staffs working there, making this such a great visit indeed. They have such a wide selection of goods for sale, from roll your own cigarettes to pipes and cigars, and everything in between. The 2 guys working during my visit were immediately pleasant upon my arrival and continued to help me until the moment I was leaving. I will continue to recommend this awesome place to anyone I come across seeking a great place to shop for their tobacco needs.
