I had a very mixed experience during my visit. When I walked in, a tall employee greeted me warmly and even held the door open while she appeared to be taking multiple loads of trash out. That level of courtesy and effort made a strong first impression. While I waited at the counter, another staff member was already present but was engaged in a loud personal conversation in another language and did not acknowledge me. I stood there being clearly ignored while this continued. The employee who had been taking the trash out rushed back inside to help me, but before she could fully do so, the other staff member standing within arm’s length stood up, finished her sentence, and then asked what I needed. Her body language and lack of acknowledgment made it seem like helping at the register was an inconvenience, which made the interaction feel awkward and uncomfortable. The store itself was clean, well kept, and smelled pleasant. One employee demonstrated professionalism and awareness, but the overall experience suffered due to a lack of attentiveness at the counter. Being ignored while waiting to make a purchase was frustrating, and this was not an isolated experience. Due to this I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and customer service! The outside does the showroom no justice!!! My Hushed is a new cigar smoker and Anita and her Husband (assuming ) were pleasant , welcoming and patience with choices for a new smoker. This is our store !!! I feel so comfortable going on my own to buy or try new cigars for him !

I have been going to the cigar shop for a couple of years. They have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on cigars. They have taken the time to learn what I like and will always ensure that I know when those cigars are in the shop as well as giving me other suggestions based on what I like. I highly recommend this shop for your cigar needs!

Great smoking lounge and the best cigar humidor in New Castle, Newark, and Bear. Come in, grab a cigar, and chat.

The Woman with the Blonde Dreads was so helpful in Two ways.1: She was extremely Knowledgeable….And 2: She is THICKER THAN COLD PEANUT BUTTER"
