The best place to buy your tobacco products. They always are stocked and have everything you need. Been shopping here for years and always will. I also the love the woman works and waits on me there. She needs a major raise. She's constantly working hard, has the best customer service skills and is so personable. She has to always use a step stool to get my filters for me because these are so high up on the shelf. She cracks me up every time I'm in there. She makes that store what it is and it's awesome!!!

Just stopped in to get cigars. Super friendly staff with great service. Good prices on cigars. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Did not ring my magazine up right. Magazine was $3.99 gave me change back as if the magazine was $4.00. I know it was a penny, but, that is stealing. Keeping a penny from customers on transactions,adds up. She had to look at the magazine for the price to ring up the correct amount. You must check your change when shopping. I gave her $10.00 she gave me $6.00 back . It should have been $6.01. I will not go back to that store. I also heard her say, oh, she wants her penny.

I went in there to buy cigars and pointed out there were molded cigars in the Padron box. The gentleman took them out and spoke with a co-worker about it. She told him to wipe them off and put them back. They were pretty moldy. I asked what if the inside of the cigars were moldy as well? She said she was told to do this for molded cigars. I never heard of that. Be careful purchasing cigars from this place. Unbelievable!!!

Extremely poor service, the blond lady behind the counter ALWAYS has an attitude and cards me everyday. The problem with that is I am 43 and look at least 45 and secondly if I was there the days before why am I still being carded especially when out of her own mouth she said "let me see you id once and that is all I need". SO rude, liars, ignorant, etc. The list could go on and on. I miss the old ladies the store owner used to have working for him. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AS LONG AS THAT BLONDE LADY IS THERE.
