From 3 stars down yo one. I told the truth about my experience here, which was fine until I find out the place was open on Juneteenth, a day i went there and foumd the place closed. Guy didn't like my review and now calling it a fabricated review, which is something i have no time in my life to do. I give reviews as I experience them. Now it's become an attack on my character, and i will not abide in that. Wasn't even a 1 star review originally. I gave 3 stars because the gentleman working genuinely seemed cool and willing to help. My first few visits there went fine. Showed up on Juneteenth, they were closed. Fine. I wanted a simple tobacco flavored disposable vape and they didn't have a single one. Only had the liquid itself. How can you be a vape shop and not have the basic vape flavor? I just seems they aren't very interested in keeping an eye on their inventory. To their defense, I did come the day after June-teenth, and he said they sold out then. But I actually made a special trip there that day (Juneteenth)and the open light was off and the door was locked and it was like 2pm. So, I ended up making two trips there just to still end up going to another vape shop to get what I needed. And to be clear, I've been to this location several times. Only two times that the person responding to this review was there. My biggest issue was that the gentleman told me Ithey were open on Juneteenth, which is why they were low on product. Cool. Problem is, I went there on June teeth and the place was closed. Door locked, open sign off. Now you're calling this a fabricated review. Nothing fabricated here. Bottom line. You guys might be open but why is the door locked, open sign off and nobody inside? One thing I don't do is make fabricated reviews. I calls them how I see them. Nothing fabricated about that. So now you chose to slander my integrity because you didn't like my review, which I could have made much worse. I was kind and even stated you were cool. I only felt any type of way because I show up on Juneteenth and find the place closed. Then, come the day after and find youre sold out because of all the business you had on a day I show up and you're closed. Now you took my review and tried to turn it into an entirely different thing, and say I'm lying or being false. Just check out all my other reviews. I'm always candid about my reviews and I'm gonna give a review of my experiences at any businesses I go to. I didn't just decide to pick on your business. Bottom line... You're saying you were open on the day I show it and your business is clearly closed... Or you were holed up in the back office. Whatever. I'm sorry you aren't happy with my review. But one thing's for sure. I'm not a liar and I didn't fabricate anything. On the contrary... I held back and was super respectful because the guy working there was very cool and helpful. I'm guessing he's the one responding to the review because he only remembers me from the two times I was there when he was working. Bought vapes two other times when another guy was there. That's beside the point. One star for calling me a liar and thinking I go around giving fabricated reviews. I was unhappy with the service, and that's no reason to slander someone's character and accusing them of giving fabricated reviews. Best of luck to you in the future.

This place is great. Had a chat with the owner, he was very chill and helpful and patiently answered all my questions. All around great experience.

My experience at CVS was awesome. Something happened with a vaporizer that I bought there (the issue was my fault), and they made it right, on the spot. The people working there were extremely awesome. My girlfriend bought replacement coils for her vape, and they cleaned her tank out and installed the coil. Very friendly, chill and awesome people. I'll definitely be coming back to this spot!!!

Excellent customer service; safe and welcoming environment despite the hustle and bustle of U street right outside this shop's door; and excellent product. Will return again soon for all my vaping needs. The staff I worked with - Mexico and Splash - were professional and helpful. Thanks guys!

I experienced an "ICE" vibe from some dude employed behind the counter! Did'nt know the difference between salts and e-liquid but thought he did. Mentioned they custom mix there e-liquids in the back with nictotine since they cannot sell e-liquid?! Guess the owner was not there or sold the store?! Lousy experience..!
