I went there about an hour before closing looking for a bong. I was looking for a particular type of bong, so I asked to see about four or five pieces, and the man behind the counter helped me with them. By the fifth one, he became visibly irritated and told me I couldn’t look at it because I “didn’t know what I wanted.” He had obvious anger on his face throughout the interaction. I work in customer service myself, so I understand how frustrating it can sometimes be helping customers navigate products and options, and I genuinely try not to be difficult. That said, the employee was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. He was a tall, thinner man with a darker complexion. Based on this interaction, he may be better suited for a position that doesn’t involve customer service.

My beloved colleague went in here alone last night and had an insane interaction. She was browsing vapes and saying things like “hmm what should I get” not even directed at anyone. The GROWN MAN behind the counter said, “what did you just address me as?? I’m not selling to you, I’m gonna let you go but YOU GOT LUCKY THIS TIME” Mind you this girl is 5’nothing, alone, and sweet as pie. She left freaked out. Whoever was working last night needs to get a grip on reality. Complete psycho monster

Scammers! Was in there on Sunday and the guy running the store was so full of it. They literally have price stickers on some of their items and he was trying to tell me the product was $5 more expensive than listed. Do not shop here! It’s always been sketchy but this is the first time they have ever out right tried to scam me. Won’t be back and encourage you to stay away from this place and ones like it.

went to go buy zyns legally bc im 22 and the man nearly snapped my real ID in half then told me it was fake (it was not) and then still proceeded to sell me the zyns? upon further inspection they were stale which i didn’t even know was a possibility but i guess it is. they did not taste like they normally do and were so stiff they stabbed my mouth. i saw a couple other reviews saying they’re fake zyns so i would just say to steer clear of this place

Counterfeit Vape. I came in 30 minutes ago and bought a vape from a larger balding man. When I was prompted by this man to take the vape out of the box to test it I noticed that the flavor and weight was off. I then asked for the box, which he had taken, to scan to see if the product was valid. He told me to use a different box to check the validity. This box failed the test. When I showed him this he ignored it. I asked if I could trade the fake vape for a different brand and he said no and laughed at me, telling me that because I had tested the vape I could no longer exchange it despite him being the one who told me to do so. Attached is a photo of a real vape from McReynolds Liquor, blow circled is the fake product from Dream. You can see noticeable differences. Don’t go here. There are places that sell real vapes nearby.
