Abraham and Rachel made us feel welcome from the time we walked in the door. They made sure we felt welcome and taken care of the whole time we were there. The Karma fashion is amazing and the karma special hooka was smooth. The prices are reasonable for being in DC. I would definitely come back. The customer service is top tier.

I just found this hidden Gem on Valentine’s Day with my significant. The Owners are down to earth music is versatile and it is very cute . I will be back!!! Thank you for a Great Saturday. Vibe check passed 💝 also shout out to the Bartender Jae she was really cool and knew the menu and pricing. It was a great experience to end the night.
Had a great experience here. The owners were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The hookah was solid and the drinks were really good. Overall a relaxed, enjoyable spot—definitely worth checking out.

I can’t speak about the experience here during the day, but for a Saturday night this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any establishment in dc, and a company that doesn’t have a working number on their business page explains a lot. They encouraged us to enter under a false pretense, would not issue a receipt, and would not issue a phone number to reach the establishment, however you can read the below experience and decide if you should spend your money at Karma Hookah Bar. We were told by the front that there would be dancing inside, and after paying $30 to go in, it was determined that it was a sit down establishment where all patrons were seated. Within minutes we explained there was a miscommunication and requested a refund. The refund was denied and we were told we should have known. That was a very odd response after being told at the front that there was dancing inside, so I asked if I can speak to one of the owners. I was told that they’re not here, and when requested that she call the owner, I was met with “The owners live overseas so I can’t call them, and I can’t give you a refund because they’ll see it on the cameras, but you can call the business number tomorrow.” I was beginning to feel like I was being scammed, but I gave the benefit of the doubt and asked if I can have a receipt, because the owners will need proof that I was there and paid… to which they said they don’t give out receipts, and that’s when I was convinced I was being scammed by what I thought was a reputable establishment. I went to go call the number on their business page so I could leave a voicemail, and to my surprise, the number doesn’t work. Feel free to try calling the number you see listed to confirm for yourself. So essentially, a company lied about the experience to get to pay, only accepted cash, refused to issue a receipt and either doesn’t have working phone number or denied giving it out to ensure complaints can’t be addressed .
