I drove all the way up here after standing in a line for 45mins 3 days ago, to have to pay for a card . I came back on the 3rd day at 2pm and they are saying the card is only good for 2 days! The customer service here is horrible now! Wasting customers time and gas! Why pay for a 3 day card that’s only good for 2 days! I’ve been coming here for years and I will never come back! And they aren’t even transferring over points that we’ve already accumulated! I get following laws but I’ll find somewhere else to go that’s not a hassle and isn’t wasting customers valuable time! Save yourself the time and just go to a dispensary in MARYLAND where the process is quick , easy, and NOT STRESSFUL! We just want some weed not a bunch of BS!

My experience here as a first time customer was soooo great. Ashley and her Hello Kitty chain were soooo helpful. She had great recommendations. Jes welcomed me in the door with open arms!
