Bryson provided outstanding customer service from the moment I walked in. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, but Bryson definitely goes above and beyond. If you’re stopping by this smoke shop, I highly recommend asking for him. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely fell in love when I walked on the ship. Very good customer service and greeted soon as you walk in. This place is amazing and will definitely be back. I tried the kratom tea for pain.

I have been coming to this shop for 3 years now and it is true, they have pretty much everything. The staff is amazing and always welcoming. They answer all questions regarding the products and have great customer service. The store manager specifically, Maya, is truly the best. She is very knowledgeable and has one of the best personalities here. She is always on the floor assisting customers and has a very welcoming attitude. Typically, I am in here once and month and each time they have different products. On top is that, they are constantly renovating the store to look better and better. I recommend everyone to come here for all smoking needs.

Maya was so helpful and amazing, would def coming back. Great store full of options
