Worst customer service ever. Guy literally would not even speak to me. Wouldn’t answer any questions literally would not speak and then I was looking at one more thing before I checked out and he finally spoke saying I don’t have all day mam. Yeah I left and did not purchase any of the $100 dollars worth of items I was planning on purchasing. Nope won’t support that rudeness

I am a regular at this shop. I went in on 5-15-25 in the morning To make a couple purchases only to find out one of the items was still back ordered. The girl that waited on me couldn't have been any ruder and laughed in my face. Everyone else here is very pleasant and helpful. The owners need to screen their employees a little better as they lost a customer today.

Man working was rude didn’t want to help and was annoyed I was asking him questions. Almost walked out and didn’t buy anything after the major sass I got but didn’t for whatever reason. Didn’t even ID me just asked what my birthday was and when I asked “do you want to see my id” he said “no just tell me your birthday “ and again was so annoyed at that lol. Don’t spend your money here

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The man working was extremely rude and refused to sell to me claiming i was underage despite SHOWING HIM MY ID THAT CLEARLY SAYS BY DOB AND DATE I TURNED 21! He insisted that the numbers for month and day were reversed which would have made me not 21. I just don’t know how this person can work in a place where I.D. is required to purchase most products and have him NOT KNOW HOW TO READ AN ID!!!! Absolutely disgraceful stay far away from this establishment and FIRE THAT WORKER!

Price of everything is way to expensive and he changes the price when I ask about items. Horrible customer service would recommend any of the other shops a block away!
