I’m honestly beyond disappointed with my experience at Hookups. I’ve bought two vape devices from this store, and both of them failed within just a few months, even though I take extremely good care of my equipment. The most recent one didn’t even last two months before it completely stopped working. What makes this even worse is the way the store handled it. Instead of standing behind the products they sell or trying to make things right, all they offered me was a discount to spend even more money on another device that will probably break too. That’s not customer service — that’s just trying to squeeze more money out of loyal customers. I used to come here for all my vape supplies, but after this experience I’m done. The products are unreliable, and the customer support is even worse. If you value your money, I’d seriously think twice before shopping here.

The hook up was amazing tonight. They were very helpful tonight. They didn’t have the banger that we needed so they sent us to their sister location and the woman had it all prepared for us and it was really helpful. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely come back.

Great shop! Nice selection on rolling paper, glass, rigs, vapes, Staff is very knowledgeable & helpful on helping make the right choice. I'm not to sure about the return policy, never has an issue with them. If you like raw papers you're in luck.
