I had my first and last visit to this vape shop today, and it was completely ruined by the rude, unprofessional white male employee working the afternoon shift. I walked in wanting to buy some tobacco products, and this guy wouldn’t even answer a simple question I had. Instead, he immediately turned on my friend—who has been a loyal customer dropping thousands of dollars at this shop over the past few months—and accused him of being a thief over some silly prior misunderstanding. My friend has supported this business way more than most customers, and this employee treated him like a criminal with zero evidence or respect. It was embarrassing, awkward, and completely unnecessary. I left without buying anything because the vibe was so hostile. If you want decent service and to be treated like a paying customer instead of being falsely accused, stay far away from this place, especially during the afternoon shift. Terrible experience. Will not be returning and will tell others to avoid it too.
