Return policy sucks. I just bought a replacement Smok Novo because I lost mine in the car aand so I stopped here ,because this is where I purchased my last one. So I come out to my car and the one that I misplaced was hiding on my dash board. I when back inside to see if I could return the bought one and Nope ! I forgot to get a receipt on top of that but they do have my phone number on record. The sales guy was super nice but I am disappointed that in a matter on 3 minutes I could not return it. Never had this happen before.
