This was one of the most unprofessional and unacceptable customer experiences I have ever had!!! I went into the store to purchase two vapes. The employee told me they were $20 each. When I politely asked if he could match the $17 price I had paid previously, HE AGREED, I didn’t force him to do I just asked nicely and I completed the payment. One of the vapes did not work. When I asked for assistance, the employee took the vape from me and USED IT MULTIPLE TIMES!! This behavior is completely inappropriate and raises serious hygiene concerns!! When I requested a replacement or a refund, he refused both and insisted that I take back the same vape he had already used. This is not acceptable under any basic standard of customer service. The situation escalated to the point where I felt uncomfortable and had to call the police. I expect management to take this matter seriously. Customers deserve respectful, professional service and safe handling of purchased products.

Today, my wife and I visited this place and bought two vapes. We tested both of them in the store, and one of them seemed defective. The cashier took the vape from our hands and started using it himself. We told him that this was not hygienic and asked for a replacement or a refund. He refused both options and said it was not a problem because he only used the vape once that day. We were not satisfied and had to return with the police. This was a very bad experience. It was one of the biggest regrets we have had in a long time.
