The new employee Sarah is a great addition to the team. The manager Kia, Greg and Sarah are all awesome. I go out of my way to come to this location because of them. Service and pricing are always on point. Great selection from disposables to Kratom tea on tap which is brewed perfectly 👌!!

I recently came across a hidden gem in the heart of Casselberry, Florida, "Civil Vapes," and let me tell you, it's like finding an oasis in the midst of a shopping mall desert. This exceptional vape shop is much more than a place to purchase e-cigarettes; it's a haven for enthusiasts seeking top-notch products and exceptional customer service. What truly sets Civil Vapes apart is their dedication to the craft, as well as their passion, which is unmatched in the industry. Not only do they know their craft inside and out, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in the presence of a kratom bar on-site. For the uninitiated, kratom is a popular herbal supplement that is renowned for its mild euphoric effects and potential mood-enhancing properties. The inclusion of a dedicated kratom bar showcases Civil Vapes' understanding of their diverse patrons' unique needs and preferences.

Greg and honestly every worker I’ve interacted with has been absolutely amazing. I always feel welcomed and it keeps me going back.

Just came in to try Kava for the first time, didn’t know what to expect. Dennis helped me with all the different kinds and even offered to let me try them ALL FOR FREE since it was my first time. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Kava. Thank you very much, will definitely back and recommend.
