Stopped by the Exotic Smoke Shop & Hookah lounge with a good friend of mine for the first time. The staff was friendly, professional and very helpful. The hookah lounge was clean, well organized and I loved the large TVs and cool vibe. Thank you again! :-)

Can’t say enough good things about RJ and the amazing customer service experience he provided me at Exotic Smoke Shop today. He was polite, informative, and helpful with every question I had about the great product selection that this shop has. He really went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations, and for that, this smoke shop will now be my new, permanent smoke accessories spot. Don’t forget to check out the Nike wall and hookah room while you’re there. This is more than a smoke shop, it’s a whole Vibe! Thanks again RJ, I'll definitely be back ASAP!

Exotic Smokes Hookah Bar had been such a great place for us, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We’ve been coming here regularly, usually at least twice a week, and have always enjoyed sitting, smoking hookah, and watching a movie or show on the TV. Tonight, we had already been there for almost two hours watching a movie when new customers came into the lounge and wanted to listen to music. Omar, the employee working, came over and told us we could no longer continue watching our movie and would need to move to another area if we wanted to keep watching it. What made this even more frustrating is that this has NEVER been an issue before. Every other employee who has been working during our visits has allowed us to continue watching whatever we were already watching, even when other customers came in. In all the time we’ve been coming here, we have never once been told that we needed to stop what we were watching or move because new customers arrived and wanted something different. The issue wasn’t the other customers wanting music at all. They did nothing wrong. The issue was how Omar handled the situation and the sudden inconsistency from every experience we’ve had here before. We were already there, had been settled in for nearly two hours, and were paying customers just like everyone else. Instead of trying to find a fair solution, we were essentially displaced to accommodate customers who had just arrived. Unfortunately, Omar’s approach and customer service made us feel like our business didn’t matter. That is especially disappointing considering we are regular customers who usually come in at least twice a week. We have genuinely enjoyed this place, which is why it’s unfortunate that one employee and one poorly handled situation have changed how we feel about coming here. After tonight’s experience, we do not plan to return. I would, however, be willing to speak directly with the owner about what happened if they would like to reach out.

This is hands down one of the best smoke shops in town. They have a huge variety of products, everything is well organized, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is super helpful and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back! The person it this shop is RJ very helpful and best person
