Overall, my experience was very disappointing. 😔 I was genuinely let down by this store. I clearly explained to the salesperson that I am an amateur and know very little about cigars, and that I needed guidance and recommendations. Unfortunately, he was not helpful at all. The only advice I received was, “the darker the cigar, the stronger it is—just follow the color,” which is far too simplistic and not useful for someone new to cigars. I ended up spending more than $180 on cigars, and although I received three promotional cigars as part of a special offer, that does not make up for the lack of proper customer service and professional guidance. I would not recommend this place to beginners or amateurs. It may be better suited for experienced smokers who already know exactly what they are looking for. Additionally, I specifically asked for some Partagás cigars, and he responded, “I’m sure it’s there,” but I couldn’t find it anywhere in the store. That lack of attention and assistance further added to my disappointment.

Henry Cigar Shop is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a great atmosphere, friendly service, and a staff that genuinely knows their cigars. They have a fantastic selection, and whether you’re a seasoned cigar enthusiast or just getting into cigars, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. What really stands out is the personal attention and customer service. You never feel rushed, and they’re happy to offer recommendations and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Great selection, great people, and a great experience every time. Highly recommend Henry Cigar Shop to anyone looking for a quality cigar shop!

Henry was so helpful! His knowledge and expertise was very much appreciated. He has a large selection of cigars at a great price. I'll definitely be a return costumer. Thank You

Fantastic cigar shop !!! The gentleman working 12/24/2025 at 09:57 was fantastic too talk with about tobacco. Helped me to find a wonderful and delicious cigar to puff on!!! I highly suggest and recommend that you stop by this sweet little hidden gem and get yourself a high quality cigar or box ! Any questions regarding my review feel free to contact me and ask.

Very welcoming , dedicated and professional people. The lounge is open and comfortable, free WiFi. I liked that I could watch tv or people watch with all the windows. Easy location, lots of parking. I’ve found it’s never a bad time for a cigar. Very good prices and deals even more so for veterans with a great selection. I bought a few locals and a tasty My Fathers. Pics are of the lounge, the humidor is large!. This will be my go to spot for bulk buys, or a daily stick. Highly recommended and endorsed with enthusiasm. SF Steve
