** as soon as I wrote this bad review I got an email that same night sincere apologies and we didn't receive your product in return. Etc etc. Provided tracking and proof of delivery and still a week later won't answer my calls and emails again don't waste your money can't believe I gave these people my business, repeatedly I spent $70 online. I received incorrectly labeled items. Returned as instructed. Calls, emails, completely ignored. Out $70 and pissed off.

Don’t waste your time. I tried speaking to customer service about their rock hard gummies they’re selling people, (they shouldn’t be rock hard) they ignored my messages. They said if the gummies are rock hard your tolerance is higher, that doesn’t make any kind of sense. When I received my order they sent me last week, I received gummies that expired last year. This is absolutely disgusting, why would I pay for expired gummies that are not even going to work due to the fact they expired last year. Don’t waste your money here

Edit. Large order mishandled by USPS and disappeared into the ether as is typical for USPS. A replacement was sent quickly and I feel this was handled satisfactorily, especially considering that there was no fault on the part of this merchant.

If i could i would give this store zero stars. The quality was the worst i ever smoked. it was awful. This is some home made crap and not commercial products. It was not curated, only grinded leafs that tasted like hay and it was very harsh. Im very disappointed and i would never buy from this store again.

So far not the best experience, placed my order days ago, had to contact the store twice to get any kind of shipping and tracking information (paid for usps priority and received the cheaper ground) or even a confirmation for the order that I just spent over $120 on. Package is still yet to be fulfilled and shipped, we’ll see how the next processes go and I’ll update my review accordingly. ✌️ Update: after waiting a little over a week, due to the manager failing to reach out to me (as I was informed he would) I was able to get in touch with one of their store workers, who’s name I didn’t catch but was very helpful, got my order canceled and refunded. This is just my experience, I hope others is better. 🤍
