I found Victoria to be incredibly helpful and a very pleasant person to speak with. She took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. She also made a point of showing me all the new items that were available for purchase. What really stood out to me was that she wasn't aggressive or pushy, unlike what you often experience when visiting other smoke shops. The entire staff there struck me as very cool and approachable, and I definitely think it's a great smoke shop.

Nat was wonderful and very attentive to my needs . I had a great experience at this shop thanks to the associate working today. They were incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in and actually took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable about the products and genuinely friendly. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and offered some great suggestions I hadn't considered. The shop is well-kept, but the top-tier customer service is what will definitely bring me back. Highly recommend stopping by if you want a smooth, hassle-free experience!

One day after work my car got a flat tire from a raccoon with a knife in its mouth having too much fun around my car (this is true btw). I called around and asked for anyone to help. To my surprise Sophie had offered to pick me up in her 2024 Lamborghini Tenerario (all still true btw). 3 and 2/3rds minutes later she stopped by to pick me up. As I got in the passenger seat she exclaimed “What in the clavicle are you doing!?” She hands me the keys and gets out of the car, gesturing me to get in the drivers seat (all true, you’re still following right?). Before I drive off she says “All yours.” then backs up into her other Lambo which I guess was there at some point. I got home safe and sound, made some soup, and watched Tom and Jerry for the rest of the day. Anyways Sophie’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and cool like that. The photo attached is the raccoon (captured at the moment it popped my tire).

Went in to the shop to grab a lighter and was helped by a super knowledgeable young woman named Sophie. She sold me an orange Scortch brand lighter that is awesome!! I will be back!!
