ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I would strongly caution anyone against purchasing from this store. I purchased a RAZ disposable here, and the product was essentially worthless within HOURS. I have used RAZ products for years and know what a normal product from this brand should be like. The store representative instructed me to open the device IN THE STORE and then took the original box. I cannot therefore independently verify whether the product was authentic, expired, defective, or improperly stored because I was not allowed to leave with the packaging. I am not going to falsely claim that it was counterfeit, but the circumstances are extremely concerning. Within approximately ONE HOUR of the purchase, the device started leaking. I did not drop it, damage it, or mishandle it. The leaking continued, and by the END OF THE SAME DAY, the ENTIRE LIQUID CONTENTS HAD LEAKED OUT. I paid for a supposedly new product and ended up with an empty, completely unusable device within hours. Then it gets worse: I specifically ASKED FOR A RECEIPT, AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ONE. Instead, I was told to take a picture of the NFC payment device. That is not a receipt and does not adequately document the product I purchased. So to summarize: the representative had me open the product in the store, took the original packaging, the product began leaking within an hour despite being properly handled, the entire contents were gone by the end of the day, and the store refused to provide the receipt I requested. That is an absolutely unacceptable way to conduct a transaction. Whether the product was defective, expired, improperly stored, or something else, the store should be accountable for what it sells. I am now out the money I paid for a product that lasted only hours, with no receipt and no original packaging to even investigate the issue properly. I will NEVER purchase from this store again. Based on this experience, I would seriously question the quality and handling of products being sold here.
