Went to make a purchase and simply ask the guy at the counter a question, he immediately responded with an attitude. I'm a paying customer I ask very politely and he had a attitude the whole time so i put everything back and left. Just to be clear it was the big Indian guy, I don't want the good people that works there to get a bad rep. Update In response to owner comments. I posted this review over 3 months ago. You must be confused I never asked for a discount, I just wanted some information on a product. You were rude from the start and I will never spend money at your store. FYI before you respond to something make sure you have your facts straight and do it within an appropriate timeline.

I get loose tobacco and rolling tubes there at a great price, but they have a variety of products, including hookahs and legal TLC products. Excellent service

A well-organized and very clean shop that’s filled with a wide variety of hookahs, beautiful and unique glass pieces, endless flavors and some of the best customer service around! Sydnee is a treasure and patiently shared her knowledge on the many varieties I was looking at. After listening to my preferences, her suggestion for me was exactly what I was looking for!!! She’s a rare sales person because she actually listened, explained and assisted me without ever making me feel rushed or forced to purchase anything. I will definitely be a repeat customer because of her excellent service! They also carry a large beer and wine selection as well as regular cigarettes, cigars, lighters and papers. As an added bonus, they’re also a Lotto retailer with a large selection of scratch offs to choose from. Five Stars for Service and Variety! 3 stars for being hard to find because they don’t have a sign above - just pass the DD, IHOP and gas station and they’re on the southwest corner of Sample and just before Holiday Springs/Woodside.

Don't waste your time with this place. Either the normal person wasn't there, they don't know their product line, or they will say anything to get you in their shop. Messaged them to see if they had a replacement glass for my prince. They said yes, got there and they tried to make me purchase a complete new atomizer. My usual stop is closer to home but thought i'd give this place a chance. Big mistake.

Went to return a product since it’s not the right type for my personal use. There are no signs anywhere stating “No return policy” and I got denied returning the product. Will be contacting the owner to clear this up
