came in to replace a big beaker piece of mine that broke, had the smoothest and friendliest experience with the two people that were here on staff, they were super helpful and got me pretty much exactly what i was looking for at a great price. after an unfriendly experience at another shop only a block south, i felt it was important to write a review to express my gratitude. it's bare minimum to give good customer service, but these two peope made my day genuinely better after another shop made it worse. thank you!

**** ATTENTION TO ALL, THIS IS THE SPOT **** Amazing Staff, customer service is hands-down, the best I’ve ever had at any smoke shop. Great selection! If they don’t have it, they will get it! **** THEY DONT RIP YOU OFF ****- so far the best prices I have seen in Miami. Keep up the great work, I will be back soon! Even my dogs love their products 🤣 their products!

Love this place. All of the staff are very nice, super smart and very easy to get locked into long conversations lol. Love these guys man

Great experience at this smoke shop! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer all my questions. The store was clean, organized, and had a huge selection of products. Prices were fair too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Great place, been coming here for years and they’re always friendly and knowledgeable wit plenty of stock!
