Great tobacco shop! Friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped me pick some excellent cigars. The humidor was well maintained with a nice selection, and prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be back!

Excellent selection of RYO products and cigars at better than reasonable price. They even ordered the brand I prefer to keep on hand for me now. I highly recommend SmokingBay!!

This shop is one of relatively few great options for pipe smokers. I got two great pipes and some excellent tobacco at a very agreeable price. This combined with their wide selection and top notch customer service will have me as a regular patron for sure.

I was an online customer first. They have a great selection! If something is currently out of stock, you can signup for notifications when it restocked. Love it! They had items in stock that others did not, so I stocked up. Shipping was very timely. The tins of pipe tobacco were wrapped in packing paper, and the remaining empty spaces in the box were filled with packing materials. I was very impressed! He clearly cares about his product and his customers' satisfaction. I then realized that they have a physical shop in my county, in addition to the online store, so I went in to check it out. They have a nice selection of cigars, but I was very happy to see shelves of tinned pipe tobacco and beautiful new briar pipes. I no longer need to drive down to South Miami to buy tins. I am so happy to have them near by!

This cigar shop is a hidden gem! Wide selection of pipe tobacco and cigars. They always got something unique and tasty. The condensed milk cigar is my favorite!
