I like this shop. It's small and they always have what I need. At first, I thought the prices were a little high, not being from the area, but after visiting other shops, they have the best prices around. Plus they are close by. I just wish they were open later. Both ladies are great and very nice. I never have an issue and we talk about all kinds of stuff each time I go, and it's only a few minutes that I am there. Edited: Can't leave a comment on any reviews so here's this: a place that takes mostly card payments will most likely not have change for $100 and it can depend on how much you are spending. To think that in 2026 people have to have change for big bills, it's crazy, honestly. Be prepared to have another form of payment when you go shopping or have your own change. The lady is matter of fact, not rude. I have only been there too early and they were closed, they are open when it says online..not sure what is wrong with some of you. You all need to be high so you dont come off rude. Energy matches energy, so maybe it's you not her or them. Just my take.

Visited here on vacation, great selection of stock. The clerk was able to help me find some gummies suitable for my needs and the price was very reasonable. If I'm in the Orlando area again, I'd definitely visit again.

I’m not one to make a nasty review because my reviews do get a lot of attention and I love to spread good vibes and good energy so that people can go back to socializing but my experience alone with this one particular employee really has helped me decide I will no longer be supporting this business. There is this older white woman who has black eye liner. She’s super rude and every time I have taken the 15 minute drive to go buy wraps, she’s slouching and watching videos and just being upright rude. Today marked though. I go in and ask questions about new products I see and she’s very standoffish and rude and nasty. Then, when I get back to my car I realized she charged me separately for two different types of transactions so I went in to ask if she was going to refund me for the second transaction. Instead of simply explaining how she just charged me the difference of what my total should’ve been because she did make a mistake on her end charging me for something that she wasn’t clear on if I wanted or not when I did make myself more than clear, she was being super rude turning the tablet around and asking me questions but responding them herself. Cutting me off. Not having not an ounce of customer service in her. I’ll be honest, when I’m on my way to the smoke shop, I’m not wanting to deal with no one nasty. I expect a nice and vibey store yk. That’s the whole point. You don’t like your job? Find a new one. Won’t be visiting anymore!

I really enjoy going to this smoke shop. The lady at the register is awesome...Ruby, she even gives great prices and today they didn't have what I wanted so she called someone to bring it in for me. That's customer service and for everyone saying anything bad about her you obviously haven't gotten to know her. Maybe look inside yourself and make sure it's not your attitude that's the problem 🙂

So I read the reviews about ruby. I'm from the northeast and we like to argue. I went in hoping for anything to set me off. However ruby isn't rude she's just loud. She honestly reminded me of someone from the northeast. I went in in the afternoon. Just because someone talks loud doesn't mean they are rude lol
