One Star -- Deceptive Business Practices and Contemptible Customer Service My wife and I visited this establishment on March 21, 2026, and among our purchases was a disposable vape priced at $26. Within four days of normal use, the device ceased functioning entirely, despite showing a 97% battery charge and an 85% juice level, and bearing no signs of physical damage whatsoever. The only reasonable conclusion is that the product was defective at the point of sale, suffering from one or more latent manufacturing defects. When my wife returned to the store to request either a refund or an exchange, a wholly reasonable expectation for a product that failed within days of purchase, the staff responded not with professionalism or basic courtesy, but with immediate hostility. Rather than acknowledge the obvious product failure, they chose to accuse her of having damaged the device herself. This is a transparently absurd position. No rational consumer purchases a product, uses it for four days, and then fabricates a malfunction to engineer a $26 return. What this establishment has demonstrated is a willingness to sell defective merchandise, pocket the customer's money, and then treat that same customer with contempt when they have the audacity to seek a remedy. This is not merely poor customer service -- it is a reflection of a business that operates without integrity, without accountability, and apparently without any regard for the people it purports to serve. I would strongly caution anyone considering shopping here to reconsider. A business that responds to legitimate warranty concerns by blaming the customer and refusing all recourse is not worthy of your patronage, your trust, or your money.
