Okay. YOU are a cigar smoker looking for your first humidor, or possibly another humidor for your precious sticks. I was looking last year, and came across 1st Class Humidors on the Internet. I read some bad reviews, somehow. I have purchased products and more than one large humidor and other products in many separate orders from these folks. They are one of the very best companies that I have dealt with in ANY purchase!! Their customer service is SURPRISINGLY GOOD. I have had some issues (not THEIR fault, btw) and they have answered my emails very quickly and provided great fixes for me personally! The items are shipped quickly and packed with AMAZING CARE! The prices seem unbelievable for what I received, and they back what they sell way over and above what they are required to do. A special thanks to Trina here also! Don't look anywhere else. I don't give out 5 star reviews very often. 1st Class Cigar Humidors is very worth that rating!

Outstanding customer service and great bargain. I was able to purchase this humidor for thousands less than other sites. It was on back order yet still arrived sooner than expected. I did have an issue where I didn't receive everything on my order but when I called Joyce was an absolute pleasure to deal with and offered me some advice as well when I had a question. Ultimately they got me everything I originally ordered without any headache. I'll definitely do business with them again and would highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone else looking for a humidor.

Finally pulled the trigger and placed an order with 1st Class Cigar Humidors. I'm always suspect when placing an order on-line for a high-ticket item, especially a heavy piece of furniture like this. After a few emails between us, I went ahead with the purchase. I ordered The Lemans humidor. I was informed every step of the way. I was sent instructions as to how to communicate with the shipping (freight) company and was rest assured everything would be 100% and on time. Well, I don't normally leave reviews, but I feel people should know if they are in the market for an item such as this, stop shopping around and head here. You will be hard pressed to find a better-quality item at a better price with better service, as well as after sale care as well. I had a slight issue and without hesitation, Keith and his staff took care of it. It's rare in today's world to receive this type of white glove service, especially for an item such as this. If your cigar collection deserves the best (and you know it does) any humidor from 1st Class would make a fine home for it. I would recommend 1st Class Cigar Humidor to anyone looking for an item like this, because well, they are FIRST CLASS! See what I did there? A+

1st Class Humidors is a great company to do business with, as their customer service is the best I have dealt with for online purchasing. They are very kind and react very quickly to help. I received my humidor with the divider missing, but I called customer service, they were very apologetic, and had my divider at my door within a few days! The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I received my humidor with a missing part. The quality of the humidor is excellent! Quality made and has a very tight seal, which is great! Purchased the 120 count Raven Humidor. Shocked at the condition of the humidor and even more shocked that customer service was so nonchalant about the condition of the humidor. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because an immediate refund was issued within 48 hours. Had they offered any kind of discount I would’ve considered ordering another Raven. They did not and I will not do business with them again.
