I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Moe Tobacco and Vape, especially as a loyal customer for several months. After purchasing a vape that stopped working after only three uses, I requested a replacement due to the product being defective; however, my request was denied. This marks the second instance in which I have purchased a vape from this store that failed immediately after use. I was not seeking a refund, but rather an exchange for a faulty item. Given these repeated issues and lack of resolution, I will not be returning in the future.

Great smoke shop! The staff is super nice and helpful, and the prices are really good. They have a big variety of products — vapes, glass, cigars, and more. Always a good experience shopping here!
