Terrible customer service every time I come to this shop I have issues with their vapes and they aren’t willing to rectify the issue at all. I would not recommend going. And watch for expiration. Most of the vapes are expired so check before you purchase. The guy who is there weekend days is not helpful at all. We just purchased these, tried them before we left and one won’t work at all but “they can’t even exchange it for us…” and this doesn’t touch the other issues we’ve had with this kid. Very disappointing that the nice, caring, helpful gentleman that was here on weekend days isn’t now for some reason. It’s gone downhill since the new kid came into the picture.

First off I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, keep in mind I’m being very polite and with my girlfriend. We came in there to look and see if they had better prices than our normal smoke shop that’s it. They had some testers on the counter so we tried them out because that’s obviously what testers are for. Some of the testers are missing already before we even try them. We proceed to look around and just talk to the worker. As we’re wrapping up and ready to leave he decides to ask me where one of the testers are. If he did his job well he would’ve noticed long before we walked in that there were already missing testers. He continued to accuse me of stealing and I told him to run the cameras and I’d even wait. He refused to do so and we proceeded to leave. I attached a picture I took as we left because that just describes the kind of person working. It was incredibly rude and off putting. We will never return here and we will never recommend this place to anyone. It had the potential to be a nice shop, but this worker ruined the entire experience and rather than take accountability for letting testers go missing, he decided to accuse a first time customer. Additionally there is a sign that says ID required upon entry and purchase..we were never ID’d. Nice job! We are disgusted. 0/5 stars if that was an option. If I really stole something why would I call it out in a review and offer to wait for him to review the footage???

This place is a one stop shop for everything you might need! The products are wonderful as well as the staff! Kai was helpful and knowledgeable about what is being sold! Everytime I go its a pleasant experience.
