Yesterday I bought a blue razzz vape. 3 hrs later it died and would not charge. I brought it back for an exchange or new one. No help and they didn’t care. “Once you leave the store its not our problem” I”ll be doing a chargeback for faulty merchandise.

this is the ONLY smoke shop near me that has my favorite tobacco and that’s saying a lot because FTL has an abundance of smoke shops in every corner. this spot is always clean and well stocked. the european lady (i don’t know her name sorry!) is lovely to talk to and always makes sure i’m taken care of and wishes me a blessed day 🖤
