I just went to Neptune’s Super Cigar Store and it by far was the largest most well stocked cigar store I’ve ever been to. This store has hundreds of different cigars in all price ranges to choose from. The selection is almost overwhelming in its variety. In addition, it also has another wing of just cigar supplies with Lighters, Ashtrays, Cigar Holders and cutters, in addition to beautiful humidors at great prices. I now plan to order cigars from them over the internet because their prices are just that good!!! I’m attaching photos but it doesn’t do this store justice. I’d give it a 10+ of I could. Oh did I mention they even have a box full of cigar boxes that you can take for free.

Neptune Cigars in Fort Lauderdale is the Temple of Cigars in Florida. The premises consist of two separate rooms: a large room on the left for cigars sales and a more intimate one on the right, separated by an automatic door, called "Le Fumoir Private Club" (a wink of eye to its French owner). It is the ideal place to buy and enjoy excellent cigars, in good company with people who share the same epicurean pleasures of life, with a perfect welcoming and professional staff, in a superb decorum.

Excellent store. It provides anything you could ever need as an avid smoker. The staff is nice and helpful, although there may be times they are busy and can't help you out. In that case never hesitate to ask other customers, I myself have helped people find cigars they like. Remember to ask for ongoing discounts and promotions. Also check the "humidor section" which has many beautiful ashtrays and interesting cutters, such as a tabletop cutter for cigar sharing.

Customer service was good. The reason for the 3 stars is that both cigars I ordered came with defects. This is my first time ordering from them. I might try them again before I make any large purchases.

I had a great time at this establishment. I brought my favorite cigar, patron and management treated me as if I was a important guest. I would definitely be coming back and I recommended to anybody visiting this area.
