a bit overpriced. Sold me new coils for my vape pen, yet they didn't make it into my bag - neither did the receipt. Convenient. Tried calling immediately after and no answer)...Next day, I returned (another preventable Uber expense)...he says I didn't get charged, yet 2 oil burners, a banger, small torch and a can of butane is over $55? Wow. So I make the purchase and return home - the coils don't fit my vape. ANOTHER Uber ride back to the shop...First, he tried to blame me and say I didn't know my brand of vape (not true). He can't give me a refund (bc the right coils aren't in the store) and he isn't even supposed to give me store credit - but he will. Thing is, I just spent over $90 the last two days and I didn't need anything more. After a lot of long sighs and huffing and puffing, he reluctantly created some contraption to attach to my vape. I said something about all the theatrics and why must he do the guilt trip with the sale? It was really off putting, like he clearly didn't want to make good but he knew that I wasn't going to go away until I was either compensated or my vape worked. I got home and whatever he did -didnt work. I doubt I will return to experience the passive aggressivemess, it was weird and kinda cringe.

Love the energy every time I come in here everyone is nice and welcoming. I had Jessica take care of me and she’s amazing she’s so bubbly and nice.

The store was very dirty and unprofessional. There were boxes and trash all over the floor, like products were opened and the packaging was just thrown everywhere. On top of that, the employee made an inappropriate racial comment after I asked for a wrap, saying, “You like the banana one, right?” The comment was disrespectful and completely unnecessary. The employee also appeared to be under the influence of mushrooms and was not representing the business in a professional manner. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will not be returning and DO not recommend this establishment to anyone

Its such a nice store the workers here are so sweet and I love this store
