You need it they got it!!! I’ve found everything here and at a good price! Nick’s the best too he always looks out

Nick and Andrew, the associates at this store are one of the best employees I’ve met . They handle their store efficiently and effectively . They carry themselves as businessmen who make sure you get the right prices and walk out with a smile.

If I could do a zero start I would. I have been to this smoke shop on four different occasions and each time I am ripped off. I pay at least a dollar if not more than I do at other shops for the same item. This last time I went in my other regular smoke shops were closed so I had no choice. I saw hemp wraps marked as 99 cents and figured I would try them. Even mentioned “oh you guys got something affordable? I’ll try them.” Then after dude rang up four my total was almost $9 dollars!! I inquired as to why and he said “the price changed. We just can’t change the box.” Then proceeded to throw the box away. I got home and used them and they were the WORST quality hemp wraps I have EVER GOTTEN! Like rolling wet tissue paper! It won’t even hold form once rolled! It falls apart! Not even close to the value he charged me! Don’t go here unless you want to be over charged for terrible quality merchandise!

I bought a battery from here and it did not work went into exchange. It and the worker it got very upset, said he's been selling these for years, but wouldn't show me that he can get it to work. You just took it back, tossed another one at me and said, you get what you paid for the worker very disrespectful, like he doesn't want to be there. You should just go home

This message is for the owner! I would give this place a negative 5 if I could. From the time we walked in the sales clerk was rude. Then we asked for tobacco juice and he said that they were all mixed with something and we asked for an example and he replied "Cuban" or "American". Then we asked if they were salt and he pointed down the aisle and you really couldn't shop. We ended up offering to buy two bottles until we checked the expiration date. Of course they expired in May of 2025. His response was that it wasn't the liquid that was expired but rather the box. We told him we knew better because we own a smoke shop. Then he rudely said why are you shopping here. We told him our store was in Kentucky. So we put one bottle back and I wish we hadn't bought it. Needless to say we will never shop there again. I would suggest that no one shop there. You don't treat customers like that.
