Comfortable, friendly, and nothing is lost here. We were treated like royalty. We were cared for like we were billionaires. Where has THIS PLACE BEEN!!!!!!!!?????? Our waiter is named Marco. He was so attentive. Before we completed anything, even halfway, he was ready to take care of our next requests. A wonderful Hookah experience. We have a sense of euphoria and ultimate satisfaction. It is unbelievable that we could receive such an honor. This is an establishment we dream of, visit, and leave singing and dancing that dreams come true. We wanted an authentic Italiano experience and we received it. We wanted a great hookah experience and were given more than we could have desired. Again, WHERE HAVE THEY BEEN ALL OF OUR LIVES!?!?!?!?. We didn't want to leave and felt as though we have made new friends and gained a few cousins and uncles. That is how amazing their customer service is, as well as their sense of community. If you do not come here for Italy love, great atmosphere, beautiful decor, friendly people, and feeling like you are on top of the world, you are missing out. Please come. Don't miss out. I'm not kidding, you will thank me later.

Hands down the best hookah experience I've ever had. The hookah and shisha are top notch and Roms was not only awesome, he also made the best hookah I've ever had. Highly recommend. If you're a hookah smoker and visiting Ft. Lauderdale you have to try Smoke Story. You won't regret it.

Best Hookah ever ! Vibe is immaculate and just hands down best hookah/bar in Fort Lauderdale! Bartenders and Rob are amazing

My experience with smoke story was amazing I live in Miami and try to attempt pretty much all the events as the hookahs are made so perfectly by Rom
