i’ve been a customer here for years, and I must say, I am disappointed in the lack of compassion in some of the reviews people have written about this store and its employees. it is clear some of you have never worked in customer service/ retail!! this is my go-to shop for all of my smoking needs. they have a wide variety of products to cater to all as well, not just for smokers. you should also check out their colorful selection of glass pieces too! so neat!! the employees i’ve encountered have been knowledgable, caring and helpful. this unique little store has a lot of charm and is a neighborhood staple you can rely on. AND BONUS if you’re lucky you may be able to catch the infamous store mascot, Boogie, working a shift
