Pushy, rude staff. Employee opened my vape and removed the mouthpiece cap before I clearly agreed or finished paying. She refused to replace it, saying she "would lose out" which made the whole recommendation feel even more pushy and self-serving since the mistake was hers. I felt pressured into a different product (since if I decided I didn't want it after she opened it that would be "wrong" in her words) and no longer trust the recommendations here. Been coming for years, never again. Some people want to just buy the product they came in for, not sit through a sales pitch experience over a damn vape. Money hungry here

Love coming into the store! They always have everything that I’m looking for and more! Haley is always so on point with getting flavors that they don’t have in for me- love that they do custom orders… Thank you, Frank and Haley and the rest of the staff are always having the newest products for me consistently!

Very uncomfortable experience. The way customers are treated at this store feels disrespectful and unwelcoming. I’ve repeatedly felt like I was being watched or pressured to leave the store even when I was simply trying to shop. The overall atmosphere is very strange, and I don’t feel comfortable returning. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated I would just go somewhere else I think no one cares in that store many a few but if you care about your body don't go

They have such an amazing selection of vapes and juices & Haley was so helpful with helping me select out my device, coils , and juice! Definitely a lifetime customer because of her!

Great customer service every time I come in. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. What really stands out is that if a product is faulty, they make it right without any hassle. Their rewards program is awesome too and definitely keeps me coming back. Highly recommend Vapor Life!
