This place is a hidden gem. One of the only smoke shops around that carries the full line up of Pacha juice… I drove all the way up from Hollywood just to stock up on my faves! The customer service here is always top tier, Aisha is the best, so sweet and so helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Freddie was helpful at first, but it rubbed me the wrong way when he offered 10% off in exchange for leaving a good review. That kind of thing makes reviews feel less genuine. I also keep running into inconsistency with ID checks. I understand verifying age—it’s the law—but being a regular customer and still getting turned away if I don’t have my ID every single time gets frustrating, especially when I’m buying the same thing I always do. On top of that, the customer service can be really hit or miss. One employee in particular comes off very cold and unapproachable—simple interactions like saying “thanks” or “how are you” feel met with attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable. The only reason I still come here is because they’re open later than most places, but honestly, it feels like there’s always some kind of issue. I’d recommend checking out smaller, family-owned vape shops if you want a more consistent and welcoming experience.
