Absolutely amazing store! I came in for drinks and ended up leaving with that and more! Shay was super knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered any question I possibly had and explained it so well. The coolest thing about this store is their water pipes. They have some of the coolest and unique ones I've ever seen! I will definitely be returning here!

On June 21, 2026, I purchased a dietary supplement from World of Smoke and Vape in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Immediately after leaving the store, I opened the product and observed that the safety seal had already been broken. Upon inspecting the contents, I discovered that the bottle did not contain the advertised supplement. Instead, it contained candy-like pieces. I immediately returned to the store and informed an employee of the issue. To document the situation, I took photographs inside the store while the employee was holding the bottle. The employee then checked another bottle of the same product from store inventory and observed what appeared to be the same issue. The employee advised me that only the manager could authorize a refund and instructed me to return the following day. The next day, I returned to the store and spoke with the manager. I explained that I had purchased a product with a broken safety seal and contents that were not the advertised supplement. The manager refused to provide a refund or otherwise resolve the issue. When I expressed concern that the situation was serious and asked whether anything would be done about it, the manager laughed and did not take any corrective action.

Let's be clear of the review that's listed below. There are no inconsistencies in my review,, the store reply to the price of the grinder was underneath the grinder, I did not come back later, I never left the store and was told that I could not exchange it when I asked why my bill came to $200. The lady didn't clarify at the counter. It was poor customer service I live in work around here for 26 years and have quite a bit of influence and you have another shop directly across from the club that I run in Wilton manners and I will make sure to tell every one of my Customers to never use one of your stores ever.I will tell them to walk to either store on either side of you in wilton drive and when they live in victoria park , I'll tell them to go to the gateway shopping center Be cautious of all their other reviewers, as they seem to be paid for as I've lived in Victoria park for the last 26 years. Just a few blocks away from this smoke shop, I went there for the first time, just to try them out as a new business boy was that a mistake. My bill came up to $200, even I bought some THC, grinder, a vape and 2 sodas. I went out to the car wondering, how could the bill be $200? I wasn't given a receipt, so I started looking at price tags on everything as they purposely put the price tags of everything in their store on the bottom, so you can't see it. I realized that this grinder was 79.99I would never pay that much for a grinder. I immediately went back in the store. Never leaving the parking lot in less than 5 minutes and said. Hey, I'd like to trade this grinder out. I don't want to pay $79 for a grinder, and she promptly told me all cells are final. I could not believe it. I asked her to call the manager. She started to call the manager and then downplayed it. I said, come on, ma'am, I said you didn't tell me how much it was you didn't give me a receipt. I've never left the parking lot. It's not used, I'll come here all the time, but I don't want to pay for this grinder, they would not refund, the grinder, no grinders were 7999 ignore all their paid reviews, the only reason they have 5 stars. Not only will I never go there again as I work at the bars and clubs in and around town, I will tell everybody to avoid this place like the plague, the lady wasn't even nice.Well, she was nice when she took my $200.But when I asked to change out that grinder boy , you would have thought I asked her for a million dollars

I frequent this shop since it is close to my home. Sunday 4/12 I went in to purchase a vape, Lost Mary Summer Grape. I made the purchase with no issues and left the store. I opened it the following day Monday 4/13. I removed the papers and took a draw, nothing... Tried again, nothing... I went to the store and asked for a replacement due to mine being defective. The employee denied me and I asked to reach out to a manager, 40 minutes later after being told multiple times, I came back on Tuesday 4/14. They said the manager was not in and they would be back the following morning 4/15, I went to the store, asked for the manager and she explains that I left the store and it can't be exchanged. You got the bad end of the stick, she says... This is really disappointing as I am now the one who lost money, the store could have went to the Manufacturer, made an exchange, took care of the customer but that is not what they do, they offer a discount off of a new product (so they still make more money) and say, it's just policy. I understand policy, I understand people scamming people out of goods or services but when you can look into a customers account due to them inputting the phone number in their system, they should be able to see and take care of a returning customer. My only comment is not to go to this smoke shop, they don't care nor want to care.
