Very nice and very helpful. I was glad to be carded. It made me feel young. I feel like policy was being followed. The red headed girl with piercings also suggested getting things that I didn’t know I wanted but ended up getting and enjoying. Great establishment and great staff.

It’s completely understandable that a business would ask that the name on the card match the id. What isn’t is the lack of customer service or even acting like you care. When I’m frustrated that I have to go get my pregnant wife who’s mucus plug just fell out of the car to come in here so that I can buy my stuff real quick and leave. This is to the Hispanic looking dude. Develop better people skills.

My absolute favorite Smoke Shop hands down!! All the staff are Extremely friendly and knowledgeable!! Wide variety of products from Vapes, THC and Kratom!! I recommend EVERYONE who’s looking for something special to visit!! A little something for everyone!!

I've had most of the same problems with this place previously stated by other reviews. I also dislike the policy that everything has to be put in a plastic bag. I guess whomever is making that policy has an investment in the oil industry and loves polluting the planet. The products are of a decent quality and price. About half of the staff I've interacted with are cool, the other half on the other hand... Smoke City should be anyone's go to in Gainesville, FL. And the marketing team can save its time with the cookie cutter response, I've read, to negative reviews. I'm not interested.

The attendant, a young man, was very kind and helpful. He really made the shopping experience enjoyable. Definitely will be doing business there again. 👍 💯 🔥
