I really like this place it's my corner smoke shop I ride my e-bike up there all the time the girls that usually run it are awesome! Kennedy and Mary are my girls and Trevor was cool also I was sad he left.

I went to go purchase a vape in there, bought it, opening it as I walked out of the store, bag was ripped. I walked right back in and told the lady there to just switch it out, didn’t ask for a refund, just wanted to get a vape that was sealed. She freaked out, told me I walked out of the store and she couldn’t do nothing (I was gone under 2 seconds, vape inside still had stickers on it and was not tempered with besides the ripped bag that was not done by me) however box was also ripped that I didn’t see initially. The lady was extremely rude, unhelpful and told me to leave the store. I just wanted a vape that was sealed. She also looked like she was on drugs and aggressive for unknown reason. Refused to give me her name. She should not be allowed to work there if she is high on whatever she is on. It also took her a few minutes to get off her phone to do her job. Just wanted to bring this to your attention. She also refused to give me the ripped bag to take a picture. I saw you have security cams there, please review it. This happened around 2:50-3pm on October 3rd.

Shout out to KENNEDY for her unrelenting patience and for laughing at my jokes that I know were not funny. I’ve never walked into a place and got EXACTLY what I wanted before and it’s because she took the time to really make a personal experience that I did this time. First off, lemme tell yall about the silicone bowl they have in the shape of a bee. I just bought my SECOND one — the first one lasted me 5 years and the wings took 3 years of torture before coming off. This is the best bowl I’ve ever bought, it’s easy to clean, fits perfectly in the hand, has a bowl cover to hold in contents, and it’s THE CUTEST LITTLE BEE. This is only the second store I’ve seen it in. I digress. After finding the perfect bowl, Kennedy helped me select the right refillable lighter and a carrying case that’s both wicked to look at and it holds everything. The whole experience was delightful and even if it wasn’t the only shop we’ve got in town, it would still be my go to store for everything. (I also get my vapes there and they have all 3 flavors I enjoy, two of which are super hard to find)

Do not go here unless you want to waste money. They do not stand behind any product they sell. I purchased a new voopoo vape less than a month ago . After fully charging the battery and hitting said vape 3-4 times the battery(which is built in) drops to 30-40% battery life. Last week I was told to contact the manufacturer , which I did. After emailing back and forth with the manufacturer, I was advised since it was within the 90days to return to the store for a refund/swap out and he could return the defective vape to the manufacturer for credit. The owner/manager Henny,refuses to do anything to take care of a 4-5 year customer .

I WAS a great customer for awhile. I bought a battery for my cartridges, I used it, charged it for the first time. It just wouldn’t charge. Brought it back after a week with the receipt and the guy said that he can’t take it back because I had it for a week and he doesn’t get credit for bad products, which I told him was a lie, he said I can let you BUY another one and I will give you a discount, seriously dude, WTH did you not understand about this conversation.
