“Christian provided exceptional service during my visit. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the evening. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Christian definitely delivered. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by him again. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this hookah lounge! The outdoor seating area was one of my favorite parts—it was spacious, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere for relaxing with friends. The hookah was smooth, flavorful, and lasted a long time without getting harsh. Tatiana was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a great place to unwind, enjoy quality hookah, and spend time outdoors, I highly recommend this spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Loved the Place. Tatiana was amazing. I brought my girl for some food, brought the portions are big. And it's feels like actual food. 10/10

Disappointed with the experience. The food was delicious, but the service was nonexistent. I ordered a hookah and mentioned I’d also like to order food. The server returned 20 minutes later with the hookah but took another 15 minutes to bring the food—45 minutes total in a nearly empty restaurant with only two other customers. Once the food arrived, the staff disappeared entirely. For a $100 bill for a shawarma and hookah for one person, I expected far better service and communication. Unfortunately, due to the lackluster service, I won’t be returning.

Tatiana was great! she recommended blueberry and mint flavor on an orange head plus milk base, best hookah i've ever had! the food was also impressively good! the shawarmas and their pistachio surprise are just addicting! we will be coming back next time in Miami.
