I ordered Habano Esteli cigars (SHOPIFY15553), but I received Clasico cigars. That’s not what I ordered, so I emailed and called their office several times to get my cigars replace with what I ordered. Unfortunately, I received no email response or return call. I even called the wholesale side of their business and left messages multiple times with representatives. I like Esteli cigars! I just want to receive what I ordered.

Cigar's are fine if you want to wait forever to get them. They are very very slow sending out your product. They always blame USPS or the other carriers. But it's on them. I've called the carrier the carrier's said they always blame them because they are really slow or they don't have the product in stock.

I was a frequent customer because of their location, not anymore. The staff is super rude, the pricing on the box doesn’t match the actual price when the item is scanned, they refused to price match it to their label numerous times. A couple days ago I was running late to the store and came 10 min past close, the door was open and staff was there but despite me telling them I am only looking to grab one item quickly, the girl at the cashier said she closed the register and couldn’t help at all. I can’t imagine it takes 15 min to turn on an iPad with a modern POS system. Customer service has gone down hill. I met the owner before, very nice gentleman, definitely has work to do.

I enjoyed their flavored cigar sampler. Nice and mile with pretty strong flavors. Their customer services was spot on and very helpful with an issue I had. Definitely recommend ordering from them!

Love the location, I’m 5 minutes away and I love the Cohiba cigars selection. Very nice ambience and customer service is wonderful. As soon as you walk in they greet you with a smile. Plus they’re very knowledgeable of cigars. I’ll be glad when they expand their lounge area so I can sit back and smoke my Cohibas and relax.
