I dont like to leave reviews but this place deserves it. I purchased a vape from this smoke shop and I tested it out before leaving. It tasted like it's been sitting on the shelf for a long time, old and nasty (I've bought that same flavor in other smoke shops and never tasted like that or had any issues.) Besides, it wasn't hitting as strong as usual, you had to really pull to vape. I told the girl who worked there, and she put her mouth on it to "try it" and then said they don't do refunds. I asked if I can change it, she pretended to call the manager and said there's nothing they can do, and they will only exchange it if the liquid is coming out. I told her it wasn't even hitting well and she said there was no exception. She was very rude once I mentioned to her the issues of the vape, thats when I knew it was going to be a problem. I left unsatisfied and had to go to another smoke shop and waste more money. Don't waste your money or time going here. The customer service is very bad, and the vape I bought wasnt fresh. They won't help if you're an unsatisfied customer. They don't care about customer satisfaction, they will just take your money.
