Alejandro thank you for your amazing customer service skills, as a new customer Alejandro took initiative and was one of the best customer service skills I’ve encountered in my experience shopping in various smoke shops. He’s definitely an excellent employee and knows how to take care of the customers. I live in adventura but as long as you guys have dedicated employees like Alejandro I don’t mind making the commute to buy at the best smoke shop in Hialeah ty Alejandro. You’re very appreciated I came by a second time visit to the store Simona was there & I have to say thank you to Simona, she greets you with a smile welcoming you into the store & immediately attends you, shares her knowledge on products and great recommendations and response time o any questions i had. Very pleasant experience she is great. Great staff and customer service
