⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best smoke shop experiences I’ve had in South Florida. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top tier — but what truly made the difference was Nelly. She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and very knowledgeable about every product in the store. She took her time to explain everything and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I came in specifically to buy Premium Leaf products, and they had them in stock, fresh, and in perfect condition 🔥. You can tell when a shop really cares about quality and the brands they carry. The store is super clean, well organized, and has a great vibe. It’s not just a quick in-and-out place — they actually make you feel welcome and take care of you, which is rare these days. This is definitely my new go-to smoke shop. If you’re looking for great customer service, top-quality products, and Premium Leaf available, this is the spot. Thank you, Nelly, for the amazing experience 🙌

Nelly is the best, I love coming here ! The customer service is amazing she is so attentive and sweet, the reward system is super cool and you can save money with every purchase, come here and ask for her !

I’m a regular customer, and for some reason, Nelly is usually my assistant. She always greets me with an ear-to-ear smile, knows already what I’m going to get… She also takes her time to explain promotions and suggests new products. All the sales assistants are great, but Nelly takes the cake.

I always come here and i will always come here!!!!! NELLY IS THE BEST AND SHE ALWAYA TAKES CARE OF ME!!!! THE OWNER IS THE BOMB.COM 1000% recommend this place!!! Onslaught stop shop.

Nelly always provides the best service possible. Every time I come in, she makes sure I have everything I need, whether it’s a lighter, a drink, or help finding the right product. She’s super personable, always has a smile on her face, and that positive energy brings a smile to mine too. The products are awesome, reliable, and always do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Great service, great selection, and a great experience every time.
