Title: SCAM ALERT: Selling Dangerous Counterfeit Vapes (Open Box) "DO NOT shop here. This business is engaging in highly deceptive and dangerous practices. My boyfriend was pushed by a salesperson into buying an 'open box' SMOK Novo 5 under the claim that they had no sealed ones left. Selling an unsealed device that you put to your mouth is a major health and safety violation. Upon closer inspection, the device is 100% COUNTERFEIT. The security codes lead to a fraudulent website, not the manufacturer's official portal. Selling fake lithium-ion battery products is illegal and puts customers at risk of explosions and toxic materials. If management does not rectify this immediately, we will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and the National IPR Center (Federal Government) for the distribution of counterfeit goods. This is a scam and a public health risk. Avoid at all costs." Why this works: • The "Vulnerability" Angle: By mentioning they "pushed" your boyfriend while he was vulnerable, it frames the shop as predatory, which the BBB and reviewers hate. • The Federal "Hammer": Most vape shops aren't afraid of a "bad review," but they are terrified of the IPR Center or the FDA. Counterfeiting is a felony, and mentioning those specific agencies tells them you aren't just an angry customer—you're a liability to their business staying open.

The owners/family that runs this store take such good care of us. We're in walking distance so we go often. Tonight we went to ask about CBD products that could benefit multiple symptoms of a medical issue of our grandmother and they not only spoke with us so kindly about it and the options but they gave us a day and night sample to try first to see if it would work/alleviate the issues. Great family. Great store. Amazing Customer service. 100 % satisfied customers.
