I just want to give major credit to Diego for being an absolute rockstar when it comes to customer service. Whether he’s picking in the warehouse, recommending products, or handling wholesale orders, he gives 110% every time. As a **warehouse picker**, Diego is super quick and always gets things right. You can tell he takes pride in making sure every order is packed with care and sent out on time—no mistakes, no delays. When it comes to **recommending products**, he really knows his stuff. He listens, understands what people need, and always points them in the right direction. His suggestions have helped a ton of customers find the perfect items without any hassle. And as a **wholesaler**, Diego is just great to work with. He’s honest, easy to talk to, and always follows through. He builds trust naturally, and that’s a big deal in this kind of work. Bottom line: Diego’s the kind of person you want on your team. He makes things easier, better, and smoother for everyone around him.

Thank you Diego, for always going above and beyond for us and making our shopping process smooth! Diego is very knowledgeable of all products and helps us with any questions we have. All of his recommendations are always great & his customer service is always a 10/10.

Diego is truly the best of the best. His customer service is unmatched, and his product recommendations are always spot on. In a warehouse full of options, it can be overwhelming to decide what to buy—but Diego consistently makes it easier. He remembers what works in my region and takes the time to suggest brands and items that are perfectly tailored to my customers’ needs. 10/10 recommend this place and Diego. Also the only place I could find the Raz vapes that were out of stock everywhere else!

Definitely a place to come to as a small business owner. Everyone is so helpful. All the staff is amazing. Thanks for making every visit pleasant.
